Our place is out at Survey No.117, covering Plots 1, 2, and 3 in Lothada. We are situated in the Kotda Sangani area, right along the S.H. Road. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we have plenty of space. Being near the Steam Power Solar Village makes it easy to give people directions. At Reno Slide Venture Pvt Ltd, we have a lot of ground to cover. The site is quite large, so we’re often walking between the different plots. It’s mostly open air and big sheds where the work gets done. It can be quite quiet compared to the city, though the road noise is still there. We don’t have a fancy office building; it’s more about the workspace and the equipment we use. Some of us have been working on this land for years. We just show up, get the machines going, and see the day through. The sun can be quite strong out here in Lothada, especially with not much shade around the plots. We usually have tea together in the small break area we set up. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There are no corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a big site where we focus on the tasks at hand and try to get the orders out on time. We keep things pretty simple and just worry about the daily output.
