Otc Masala Pvt. Ltd.

We are based at Plot No-127 in the Durgapur Gidc area. As Otc Masala Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of this industrial plot which is surrounded by many other manufacturing units. The Gidc is a busy place with a lot of noise from factories and the constant beep of trucks reversing. It isn't a quiet office park, but it is exactly where we need to be for our production work. Inside our plot, there is always a layer of fine spice dust on the surfaces, no matter how much we clean. The air smells like cumin, coriander, and turmeric all day long. We have several rooms where the grinding and mixing take place. It gets quite warm inside, especially when the machines have been running for a few hours. Our staff is mostly local people who know how to handle the spices without sneezing too much. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy stuff for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by, we just meet them near the loading dock. We spend most of our time checking the machines and making sure the bags are filled to the right weight. Sometimes the power in the Gidc fluctuates, which can be a bit of a headache, but we just work around it. We don't have a long history of corporate growth or anything like that. We just started at Plot 127 and kept going. It is a basic, no-nonsense operation where we focus on the work right in front of us.
