Maxwell Engineers

Maxwell Engineers is located in Phase 2 of Aji Vasahat, right at Plot No. K-1, 222/1-4. This is a big industrial zone, and we are situated near Prabhu Krupa, which most locals use as a landmark. The area is full of similar sheds and workshops, so it can be a bit dusty and noisy during the peak hours of the day. Inside our plot, there is a lot of space taken up by machinery and raw materials waiting to be processed. We don't have any air conditioning in the main work area, just some big pedestal fans that move the air around. The walls have some stains from oil and years of work, but that is expected in an engineering place. We usually start the day with a quick check of what needs to be finished from yesterday. Some of the equipment makes a loud humming sound that you get used to after a few hours. We don't use fancy titles or anything here; everyone just knows their job and gets to it. Shipping out the finished products is always a bit of a shuffle because the trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow turns in Phase 2. It is a straightforward life, dealing with metal, measurements, and deadlines. We take our breaks together near the front gate when the sun starts to go down. It’s just honest industrial work in a busy part of the city.
