M R Event Management

We are located in the Madhav Complex on Yagnik Road in Rajkot. It’s at number 110, right across from the Imperial Palace hotel, which is a big landmark most people know. M R Event Management is a small team. We spend most of our time on our feet rather than sitting behind desks all day. Rajkot is a city that loves a good celebration, so there's always something going on that keeps us busy. We take care of the logistics and the stuff people don't want to deal with themselves. It involves a lot of phone calls to different vendors and making sure the chairs and tables arrive on time. We’ve seen all sorts of requests over the years. Some are easy to handle, and some make us scratch our heads a bit while we figure them out. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people to discuss their plans for the week. We prefer talking face-to-face. It’s better than sending a hundred emails back and forth and getting confused. Things can get pretty loud and chaotic when a big event is coming up, but we’re used to that by now. We just try to stay organized and keep our promises to the people who hire us. If you’re walking down Yagnik Road, you can’t miss the building. We’re usually in there somewhere, probably checking a list for the third time.
