If you are driving through the Lodhika GIDC area, you will find us tucked away behind the Center Bank. We are right near the Axis Bank too, which makes it easy to explain where we are to people who haven't been to Village Metoda before. Krishna Hardware And Tools is mostly about the industrial side of things. Since we are in the GIDC, most of our day is spent dealing with folks from the nearby factories who need a specific wrench or a bolt that they can’t find anywhere else. The shop floor is concrete and there’s usually a bit of a chill in the morning before the sun gets high. We have a lot of heavy tools hanging on the walls and stacked in bins. It isn't the kind of place where you come to browse; people usually know exactly what they want when they walk in. Sometimes we have to order things in, but we try to keep the common stuff on hand. The Taluka Lodhika area is quiet in some ways but very busy with work in others. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure the orders are right. It’s a lot of manual work and standing on your feet all day, but that is just part of the trade. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights, just the name on the front and the doors open for business. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
