Friends Polytech Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the industrial area of Metoda. Our shed is G-1380, and we are right behind Kishan Autoparts Ltd. To find us, you usually have to look for the Kishan Gate entrance. It is a typical industrial park setting with lots of trucks moving in and out all day. The air always has that smell of manufacturing and plastic. We have a good amount of space inside the building, which is necessary for the polytech work we do. It is not the cleanest environment, but that is the nature of this kind of business. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking the production lines. The machines have their own rhythm, and you get used to the steady hum after a few hours. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. We have been in this spot for several years now. The weather in Rajkot can be tough, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the metal roof of the shed. We just keep the fans going and stay busy. Our team is small, mostly people who know the technical side of the business really well. We do not do much talk; we just focus on getting the orders out on time from our spot in the GIDC.
