Our place is at F - 17 in the Sardar Patel Complex. If you know Jetpur, you know where Sardar Chowk is on the Junagadh Road. It’s a busy spot with a lot of trucks and people moving around all the time. We do trading and export work from this small office. It’s not very big, just enough room for a few desks and a lot of samples. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people in different cities. The complex itself is always noisy, but that’s just how it is in this part of Jetpur. We’ve been here for several years now. We handle the paperwork and make sure the containers are packed right. Sometimes there are problems with the shipping dates, and we have to spend all day sorting that out. It’s a lot of back and forth with the transport guys. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and hope the customers are satisfied with what they get. The office gets hot in the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day. We keep our records in big ledgers and on an old computer that sometimes acts up. It’s a simple operation, but we stay busy. Every day there is something new to deal with, and we just take it one step at a time. We have a small kettle in the corner of the office for making tea. It’s the most used thing in the room.
