Arrow Poly Plast

If you head down to the Metoda GIDC area, you’ll find us at Plot G-1841. We are near Gate No. 3, which is a pretty busy entrance. Having Shree Ram Hospital nearby is also a good way to tell people where we are. Arrow Poly Plast is basically an industrial unit. It’s hot, it’s loud, and there is always something being processed. We spend our days around the machines. It isn't the cleanest job, but it’s what we know how to do. The GIDC is a massive place, so we mostly stay in our little corner. Our team is small, just a few guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big HR department or fancy offices. Most of the office work happens on a small desk tucked in the corner of the factory floor. We focus on getting the plastic products right and meeting the local demand. The trucks come and go all day long at Gate 3. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local stalls just outside the gate. It’s a hard-working atmosphere. We don’t have time for corporate talk or long meetings. We just check the machines, manage the raw materials, and make sure the shipments are ready. It’s a practical life, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the machines and the heat of the factory floor.
