Global Enterprises

Our office is at Plot No. 1 on University Road, over in the Hari Nagar area. We are quite close to Nilkanth Nagar as well. It’s a good location because there are always people moving around, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the morning rush hour. We handle different kinds of enterprise supplies here. The building is a simple concrete structure with a heavy metal door. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a couple of old chairs for visitors. I spend most of my day on the phone or checking the ledgers. It’s a family-run thing, so my nephew usually sits here with me. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to provide what people ask for. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t found the time to do it yet. Sometimes we have students from the university wandering in by mistake, thinking we sell books or something like that. We just point them in the right direction. It’s a steady pace most days. We close up around six or seven, depending on if we have any last-minute deliveries to sort out. It’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we keep the fans running to stay cool. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. We often share tea in the evenings before heading home. It’s a quiet life, for the most part.
