Our office is on the 3rd Floor of Iscon Mall, which is right across from Imperial Heights on the 150 Feet Ring Road. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a street-side shop. It’s a bit quieter up here on the third floor. You can look out the window and see the traffic moving along the ring road all day long. We do impex work, which means a lot of paperwork and dealing with shipping schedules. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us on our toes. The office is just a couple of rooms with some desks and computers. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea during the breaks. Sometimes the elevator in the mall takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us who know how the whole process works. We don't really have a polished way of talking to people. We just tell them what we can do and how much it will cost. It’s a practical business. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time. We don’t really feel the need to act like a big corporate entity. We just like to get our work done and go home to our families in the evening. That’s about all there is to us, really. Just a small team working out of Iscon Mall.
