Akash Traders

We are located in the Bhagya Laxmi Building on Koteshwar Road, which is just off Dhebar Road. It is a typical busy street with a lot of small shops and people walking by all the time. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and whatever we happen to be trading that week. It isn't a big showroom with fancy displays, just a practical spot where we do our business every day. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow and old, so moving heavy things in and out can be a real chore for us sometimes. We usually have a small radio playing in the background while we sort through the paperwork or check on the current inventory. Dhebar Road is always loud with horns and the constant sound of rickshaws, so you get used to that after working here for a few days. We know most of the neighbors around here, the guys in the other shops and the ones who bring the tea around in the afternoon. It’s a simple life, really. We open up the shutters in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait to see who comes through the door. Sometimes it’s busy and other times it is quiet enough to sit and read the paper for a bit. We don't have any big corporate plans, we just want to keep the shop running and make sure our customers find what they need. The building itself is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do here.
