Aarvi Events

We are located in the Business Terminal building, specifically in room 203, right on Yagnik Road in Rajkot. If you know where the Ram Krishna Ashram is, we are just opposite that. It's a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our window. Inside, we are usually busy sorting out details for different events. It’s just a few of us here at Aarvi Events. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that; we just focus on the logistics of whatever project we have on our plate. Some days we are looking at decor, other days it's sound systems or finding the right space for a client. The office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but we know where everything is. We like being in this part of Rajkot because everything we need is close by. We’ve been working from this Yagnik Road spot for a while now. Most of our work happens on the ground at various venues, so the office is really just our home base for planning and meetings. It’s a simple setup. We show up, do the work, and try to make sure every event goes as smoothly as it can. It’s a lot of coordination and staying on top of small details that most people don't think about. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. There are no fancy speeches here, just a lot of work.
