This office is where we handle all the travel arrangements for the local folks. It’s not a very large space, just a few desks with computers and some chairs for people who come in to book their trips. I usually spend my time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for buses or trains. It can be a bit of a headache when things are fully booked, but we try to find a way for everyone. The office is on a street that gets fairly busy during the day. We have a small sign out front so people don't miss us when they are walking by. It’s a bit cluttered inside with all the calendars and files we keep. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, especially during the holiday seasons. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge or anything like that. People just come in, sit down, tell us where they need to go, and we look it up for them. We’ve known some of our customers for years. They trust us to get their tickets right and not overcharge them. It’s a straightforward business. We just help people get from one place to another without making it too complicated. The fans keep the place cool enough.
