Intenet Cafe

We are over at Quarter No 01 here in Rajahmundry. It’s a pretty basic internet cafe. We have a row of computers against the wall and some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they browse. It gets busy in the afternoons when the students come by to check their results or apply for things online. I spend most of my time behind the main counter. If a printer jams, I’m the one who has to open it up and pull the paper out. It happens more often than I’d like. The fans are always running to keep the machines from getting too hot. It can get a bit noisy with the hum of the CPUs and people talking. We don't have high-speed fiber like they do in the big cities, but it’s good enough for what most people need. I started this because I saw people struggling to find a place to use a computer for their work. We sell some snacks and cold drinks too, just to keep folks happy while they wait for their downloads. The floor is concrete, and we keep it swept. It’s a small shop, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Sometimes the kids come in just to play games, and I have to tell them to keep it down so they don't bother the others. It’s just a neighborhood spot where people can get their digital stuff done easily.
