Verma Computers

Most people find their way to us by looking for the big water tank in Rajendra Nagar. We are located right there, and Verma Computers has been sitting in this exact spot for quite a long time now. It is a small shop, mostly filled to the brim with monitors, keyboards, and various bits of hardware that we might need. We spend the majority of our time hunched over desks looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why they stopped working. It is usually quiet work, except for the constant hum of the cooling fans from the machines we have running. Rajendra Nagar is a steady neighborhood and we have come to know the families living in the surrounding streets. They bring their kids' computers to us when they will not turn on for schoolwork or games. We do not have a fancy reception area with a receptionist. You just walk through the door and talk to whoever is not holding a soldering iron at that moment. The shop gets a bit warm in the late afternoons because the sun hits the front window directly. We have a small fan that works okay most of the time. Sometimes the area around the water tank gets crowded with people, but inside here, it is just us and the electronics. We keep a stock of basic cables and mice because people always seem to lose or break those items. It is a simple business run by people who like fixing things.
