You can find Pankaj Computer out on Sarangarh Marg in the industrial area of Sarsinwa. We have been set up here for some time now, focusing on the computer side of things. Being in an industrial area means we get a lot of dust and noise from the surrounding units, but it’s where we need to be. Sarsinwa is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so everyone kind of knows where the main road is. We spend most of our time at the shop looking at screens or trying to fix hardware issues that people bring in. It’s not a polished showroom with glass walls; it’s more of a workspace where tools and cables are usually lying around. We started this because there was a need for it here in the local area. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, which is just part of living in Sarsinwa, but we manage. People stop by when their machines act up or they need something printed or typed. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community on Sarangarh Marg. The shop stays open late most nights because that is when people finally have time to drop off their stuff. We just take it one day at a time here in the industrial area.
