We’re based in Prabhu Yashoda Sadan, right in the middle of the bustle of Sadar Bazar. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. Our office is a bit of a retreat from the noise outside, though you can still hear the honking and the shouting of the street vendors through the windows. We handle marketing for various products, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at catalogs. The desks are usually piled high with flyers and samples that companies send us. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other. We’ve got a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything—from answering the door to sorting out the mail. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, whoever is closest just does it. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the latest news during our breaks. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're trying to figure out a new project. We’ve been in Sadar Bazar for years, so we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around. It’s just a regular small business trying to keep things running without making too much of a fuss. We have a squeaky chair in the corner that everyone avoids, but nobody ever throws it away. We have an old calendar from 2022 still hanging up because we like the picture.
