We don't wear uniforms or have big meetings. Usually, we just talk over what needs to be done while we're working on the floor. Sometimes the crop yields aren't what we expected, and we have to adjust our plans for the month. That's just the nature of working with plants and nature. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take what the earth gives us and get it ready for the people who need it. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us connected to the ground every day and it keeps us busy.
