M S B Educational Institute is found on M G Road in Raipur, which is a pretty central location for anyone living in the city. Chhattisgarh gets very hot in the summer, so our building feels a bit like an oven sometimes, but we keep the fans going as much as we can. We have been operating here for a good number of years. It’s a city school, so we don't have sprawling green lawns or big trees. Instead, we have classrooms packed with wooden desks and blackboards. The traffic on M G Road is usually heavy, so the sound of horns is just something we’ve all gotten used to during lessons. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of polished rules. It’s more of a local operation where we know the names of the parents who come by. Our staff works hard to keep the kids in line and make sure they are actually reading their books. We have a small area for administration where we handle the fees and the admissions paperwork. It gets a bit hectic when exams are coming up because everyone is stressed out. We don't have any high-tech equipment, just the basics that are needed for teaching. Most of our students come from the surrounding neighborhoods. We just open up the gates in the morning and do our best to get through the day's schedule without too many problems.
