Monnet Dav Public School

Our school is located on Monnet Marg in Mandir Hasod, which is out on the edge of Raipur. The address is 492101, and the area has a very industrial feel because of the nearby plants and factories. The road outside is often dusty with heavy trucks passing by, but once you step inside the school gates, it is a different world. We have a large campus with plenty of space for the kids to move around. The building is painted in the standard DAV colors, and it stands out against the flat landscape. Inside, the classrooms are basic but functional, with big windows and sturdy desks. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just the usual educational posters and some student art. The morning assembly is a big part of our routine, with everyone lining up in the main courtyard. It gets very hot in this part of Chhattisgarh, so we make sure the fans are always spinning at full speed. The teachers here have been around for a long time and they know the families in Mandir Hasod quite well. It is a straightforward place that doesn't try to be anything it isn't. We just show up, do the teaching, and make sure the kids are safe and learning. The commute can be long for some, but the buses usually arrive on time to start the day. The office is always busy.
