Amritdhara Agro Organics Private Limited is located over in Raipur, at Ram Jatan Vishwakarma’s place. We have been focusing on the organic side of things because that is what seems to be needed lately. Raipur is growing fast, but we try to keep our part of the operation grounded and simple. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our files and meet with people who are interested in what we are doing. We spend a lot of time talking about soil and how to grow things without too many chemicals. It’s a slow process and it takes a lot of patience, which isn't always easy when everything else in the city is moving so quickly. We don't use a lot of big marketing phrases because we don't think they really help. Either the product is good or it isn't, and people around here can tell the difference pretty quickly. We have a small team, and most of us have been working in agriculture for a long time. We know the local land and we know what the weather does to the crops. On some days, the office is full of people and noise, and on others, it’s just one person sitting there finishing the accounts. We are fine with that. It’s a real business run by real people who care about what they are putting into the ground every single day.
