Tulsi Ram & Sons

We are located on the first floor of Reena Apartment, right by Pachpadi Naka Chowk on Dhamtari Road. The name on the door says Tulsi Ram & Sons. It’s a family-run thing, and we’ve been working from this apartment space for a long time. It feels a bit different being in a residential-style building, but it works for us. We have enough room for the files and for people to sit down and talk. Pachpadi Naka Chowk is a busy intersection, so there is always something happening right outside our window. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly keeping track of orders and making sure the family business stays on track. It gets a little noisy with the traffic from Dhamtari Road, but you get used to it after a while. My sons help out with the daily tasks, and we try to keep things running smooth without making it too complicated. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a plain office where we do our work and drink a lot of tea. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. People know where to find us if they need anything. We’ve been a part of this community for years and we like the familiarity of it. It’s just us, doing what we know how to do.
