R J Phadke Co

We’ve been set up here at R J Phadke Co for a while now, right in Sector 19 of Kharghar. It’s a decent spot in Navi Mumbai, and if you know Suryakoti, you know exactly where we are on the fifth floor. The office isn’t anything too fancy, just a place where we get the work done every day. Most mornings start with a quick tea and then we just dive into whatever needs finishing. Kharghar is growing fast, but our corner feels a bit more settled. You’ll usually see a few of us shuffling papers or talking on the phone. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we make do. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local rhythm pretty well. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and helping out the folks who drop by. We don’t really go in for those big corporate meetings. Instead, we just talk across the desks. If the weather is nice, you can see a bit of the hills from the window, which is a nice break when things get busy. We keep our files organized, mostly, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s just us doing our thing in Sector 19, trying to be useful to the people who need what we do. Nothing more complicated than that, really.
