Aanjaneya Biotech Pvt Ltd Midc Mahad

Down in Mahad, things are a bit different than the big city. Our place, Aanjaneya Biotech Pvt Ltd, is located in the MIDC industrial area, right near Nagalwadi Village. We are part of the MMA Co-operative Housing Society block. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, especially during the monsoon when the roads in Raigad get all muddy and the hills are covered in clouds. Our day usually starts early before the heat really sets in. Being in a biotech company sounds very clean and sterile, and the labs are, but the rest of the office feels like any other industrial building. We have the hum of the machinery in the background and the smell of the surrounding factories in the air. We spend our hours checking samples, looking at data, and making sure the batches are moving along the way they should. It’s a lot of routine. We eat our lunch together and talk about the local news or how the commute was that morning. The 402309 area is mostly factories, so we don't have many fancy cafes nearby. We just have our work and the small team we’ve built over the years. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s steady. We keep the equipment running, follow the protocols, and try to get everything wrapped up so we can head home before it gets too dark on those winding roads near Nagalwadi.
