You can find us over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Kharghar. We are located in the Rail Vihar complex, which is in Sector 4. Our specific unit for Capgemini is C 303. Kharghar is a pretty planned-out area, so finding Sector 4 isn't too hard compared to some other parts of the city. Rail Vihar is a well-known spot around here. Being in a residential-style complex gives our workspace a bit of a different vibe. It’s not all glass and steel; it feels a bit more like a home. We are on the third floor, and the walk up is good for a bit of exercise when we don't feel like waiting for the lift. The space in C 303 is just what we need. It’s not huge, but it's where the work happens. We have our desks set up and we just get to it every morning. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, a bit slower than the main city, and we appreciate that. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art on the walls. We just have what we need to do the job. Sometimes the rains in Kharghar make things interesting, but we just keep the windows shut and keep working through it. It’s an honest, no-frills place to spend the day. We like the routine of being here and the community inside the complex.
