Our workspace is located in Vaishnav Deep, specifically Flat 302 in Sector 05. It’s in New Panvel, which has really grown over the last few years. Working out of a flat gives it a very homey and relaxed feel. We aren't in a big glass office building with a lobby. Instead, you just come up to the third floor and ring the bell. Inside, we’ve set up our computers and workstations in a way that makes sense for the tech work we do. It’s usually pretty quiet, except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We like being in Sector 05 because it’s a bit away from the main station noise but still close enough to get anywhere quickly. The balcony gives us a nice view of the area when we need a break from the screens. We started this because we wanted to work on our own terms in a place we liked. We handle a lot of technical stuff every day, and we just keep it simple. There are no fancy meetings or corporate retreats here. We just get the tasks done and then go home to our families. It’s a local Navi Mumbai business through and through. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our stationery. It’s a humble setup, but it’s exactly what we need to get our work done properly without any of the extra polish people expect from big companies.
