You can find us at Post Talavali in the Roha taluka of the Raigad district. Our office is right there in the village area, which is a lot different from the big cities. Out here, we deal with a lot of dust and the changing weather of the Konkan region. We’re mostly out on the sites rather than sitting inside, but Talavali is where we keep our main base. The pin code is 402304, just in case someone is trying to send us mail. It’s a quiet place until the machinery starts up or the trucks arrive with materials. We work on building things around the district, so we spend a lot of time on the road between Roha and the surrounding villages. Raigad has some tough terrain, and during the monsoon, everything gets muddy and slow. We just deal with it and keep the projects moving as best as we can. Our office is a simple room with some chairs and a big table for looking at drawings. We don't have any flashy signs or a big corporate office. It’s just a local business run by people who grew up around here. We know the land and we know the people. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local markets. We start early when it’s still cool and usually finish up when the sun starts to go down over the hills.
