Powerica Limited

Powerica Limited is located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Dhyan Sarathi Complex, specifically B 405 on Plot No C II in Sector 12. Kharghar is a bit of a trek from the main part of Mumbai, but we like the open space and the hills in the distance. The air feels a bit cleaner here. Our office is on the fourth floor. It’s a standard commercial complex with lots of other small businesses around us. You hear the sounds of the elevators and people talking in the hallways. We have a modest setup inside. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets because we deal with a lot of records. We don't spend money on fancy marketing materials or polished presentations. If you come to see us, you’ll just find us working on our computers or talking on the phone. We’ve been in this Sector 12 location for several years now. We know the local sandwich guy and the lady who runs the stationery shop downstairs. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don't have a fancy vision that we talk about; we just have work that needs to be finished before the end of the day. Sometimes the rains in Navi Mumbai make it hard to get to the office, but we usually manage to show up and get things done regardless of the weather. It is just where we work.
