Our place, Positive Packaging Industries Ltd, is located at Phanas Dongari in Pen. If you’re familiar with the Raigad district, you know Pen is famous for various things, but we focus on the packaging side of things here. Being at Phanas Dongari means we are a bit away from the main hustle, which can be nice sometimes. The air is a bit different out here than in the crowded cities. We handle a lot of industrial packaging, so there are always stacks of materials around the yard. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a crew that knows how to handle the machinery and get the products out on time. Sometimes the roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after a heavy monsoon, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of rules; we just expect everyone to do their bit. Most of us have lived in the Raigad area for a long time, so we’re used to the pace of life here. The work is steady and keeps us on our toes. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the boxes and the packaging we need to finish. It’s a quiet life in Pen, but the work we do at Phanas Dongari is important to us and the people we help. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can every day.
