Manthan D D Oilfield Services is based in New Panvel at A 504 Prajapati Cascade in Sector 1. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are close to a lot of the action, but it still feels like a residential area around the office. We are up on the fifth floor. It’s a decent space where we handle all the logistics and paperwork for oilfield work. There are files everywhere about equipment and safety and schedules. We aren't the kind of people who wear suits every day. Most of the time we are in casual clothes, talking on the phone to crews or suppliers. The view from the window is mostly other buildings in Sector 1, and you can hear the train sometimes. We started this because we knew the industry and saw a way to help out. It's a lot of coordination and making sure people have what they need at the right time. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on doing the work and keeping our word. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute to the office a nightmare, but we still show up. It’s a practical business and we deal with real-world problems. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words, we just want to get the jobs done so everyone can go home. That is what a day looks like for us at Prajapati Cascade.
