If you are looking for us, we are in A Wing, Flat 4 of the Channel Residency at Plot 419. This is in the Takka area of Panvel. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too bad if the weather is clear. Being in a residential residency means it is a fairly calm place to work. We have converted the flat into an office space with desks in the main rooms and a small area for meetings if we really need one. Panvel has grown a lot lately, and there is always some construction noise nearby, but inside the flat, it stays mostly peaceful. We handle a lot of our technical support and data work from these desks. The kitchen still looks like a kitchen, but now it mostly holds the water filter and the tea supplies. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the building name and the wing. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas, so we are all pretty familiar with the local shops and where to get a decent lunch. It is a straightforward setup without any of the fancy stuff you might find in a big city business park. We like it this way because it is easy to manage and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. When the day is over, we just lock up the flat like any other home in the building and head out to the market.
