Idbi Intech

We’ve been based out of Flat 303 in Neel Sankul for a while now. Sector 11 in Kalamboli is a busy spot, and our building, number 8, stays pretty active throughout the day. People usually find us easily once they get into the sector. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything like that, just a functional space where we get our work done. We spend most of our time at our desks handling whatever comes in for Idbi Intech. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a bit much, especially during the peak hours in Navi Mumbai, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We started here because it was convenient for the team. Most of us live nearby or have an easy commute. We don’t really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing here. It’s more about shirts and jeans while we focus on the tasks at hand. There’s a small kitchen area where we grab tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas come up. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with our daily projects. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception area or flashy signs. If you walk into Building 8 and head up to the third floor, you'll find us working away. It feels like a real community here in Kalamboli, and we like being part of it. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the schedule.
