Ibm India Pvt Ltd is based in 203 Sunrise Apts on Plot No 80 and 81 in Sector 19, Kharghar. This is in Navi Mumbai. It’s a decent apartment that we use for our daily operations. Kharghar is a newer area and it has a lot of wind coming off the hills. We have a view of some other buildings from our window. It is mostly a quiet place to work. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms. We handle all sorts of tasks here throughout the week. It’s not a large office, so we know everything that is going on. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table because it is the biggest surface we have. The building has an elevator but it is quite slow, so we often take the stairs. We don't have a professional cleaning crew, we just tidy up ourselves at the end of the day. It is a very basic way of running things. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big posters on the walls. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. If you are looking for us, we are on the second floor. It is a practical spot for a small team like ours to get things done without any fuss.
