Our office is over in Kharghar, specifically in Sector 4 at the Sssadan building. It is a decent spot in Navi Mumbai, away from the main madness of the city but still busy enough. We do research here, which mostly means we spend our time glued to our computer screens looking at data. It is a quiet kind of work. The building is just a regular plot, number 36, nothing that stands out if you are driving past. We started this because we like digging into numbers and finding out what is actually going on in the markets. It is a lot of reading and checking facts. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in information, but that is the job. We do not have a big corporate cafeteria or anything like that. Usually, we just grab something from the local shops nearby for lunch. Navi Mumbai has grown a lot, and Kharghar is getting more crowded every year. Our team is pretty small and we mostly just talk to each other about the projects we are on. We are not trying to be the biggest research firm out there. We just want to get the details right. It is practical, honest work. If the data is messy, we spend the time to clean it up. That is pretty much our life here in 410210. Just a group of people doing their best with the numbers.
