Freelancing

I have been working out of this flat in Shanti Niketan for a good while now. It is located right in Sector 21 of Kharghar, and if you know the area, you know we are basically directly across from Apeejay School. It gets pretty loud during the afternoons when the school lets out and all the parents are picking up their kids, but otherwise, it is a fairly quiet spot for getting things done. The flat is number 304 on Plot 50. It is not some big corporate office with a receptionist or anything fancy like that. It is just a simple space where I handle my freelancing work. Most days involve sitting at the desk, looking out the window, and trying to stay productive while the Navi Mumbai humidity does its thing. People sometimes find it hard to spot the building at first, but once you see the school, you realize you are right there. I have lived and worked in this part of Navi Mumbai for a long time, so I am used to the pace here. There is a small tea stall nearby that I go to when I need a break from the screen. It is a very local setup, just me and my computer in a regular residential building. I do not have a big staff or a fleet of cars. It is just a straightforward place where I sit down and get to work every morning without much fuss or noise.
