Desbuild Incorporated

Our office is up on the sixth floor, room 604, in the Neel Empress building. We are located in Sector 1 S, over on Plot No 92 and 93 in New Panvel. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually it’s fine. We do building work and related things. It’s a lot of plans, permits, and talking to contractors. The office isn't anything too fancy. Just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings in the corners. We’ve been working out of New Panvel for a while now. The area is growing fast, so there is always something going on. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from people knowing what we’ve done before. We just try to get the details right. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We aren't the kind of company that sends out glossy brochures. We just talk to people face to face or on the phone. The Neel Empress is a well-known spot around here, so it’s easy for folks to find us. We keep things pretty low-key and focus on the technical side of the jobs. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure the structures we work on are solid and done the way they should be. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it for years and plan to stay here.
