Working out of Yashwant Tower here in Sanpada is all about the location. We are at 502, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area near the Nrvashi railway station. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are always aware of the train schedules because that is how most of us get here. It is a busy building with other people coming and going all the time. The lift is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we are in a rush. Inside, it is a bit cramped with all the desks and papers, but we make it work. It is not a silent place. You can hear the city outside and the hum of the electronics inside. We have a small kettle for tea and coffee in the corner. It is a practical office for a group of people who just want to do their jobs without a lot of fuss. Sanpada East has a specific feel to it, a bit fast-paced but still manageable. We have been at this address for a while and the local shops nearby know our orders by heart. It is just a normal spot in a big tower where we spend our hours. Nothing is overly polished here.
