Sonal Engineering Plastic Fabricator

Sonal Engineering Plastic Fabricator is based out of the Jewels of Alibag complex in Vidyanagar. Specifically, we are in Flat No. E-73Rdfloor on the third floor. Alibagh is a bit different from the big cities, and being in the Raigad district gives us a different pace of work. We do a lot of plastic fabrication, which means cutting, bending, and putting together various parts for different uses. The workshop has that smell of cut plastic and there are scraps on the floor most of the time. We work with our hands and a few machines to get the shapes right. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open. It’s not a huge corporate office, just a place where we get the engineering done. People send us drawings and we try to make them into real objects. Sometimes the measurements are tricky and we have to start over, but that is just how it is with fabrication. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for a while. When we aren't working on an order, we are usually cleaning the tools or looking over the next project. It is quiet work for the most part, though the noise of the saws can get loud when we have a big job. We just keep at it until the sun starts to set.
