Our company, Furnace Fabrica India Limited, is located at Plot No. 5/16 in the Tawane MIDC area. It’s a typical industrial plot with enough space for our equipment and the large projects we take on. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so the sound of machinery is constant throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this plot for a good number of years. The workshop is the main part of the building, where most of the fabrication happens. We don't spend much money on making the place look fancy; we just make sure the machines are working right. Plot No. 5/16 is big enough for us to move materials around with ease. The air in Tawane often smells like grease and burnt metal, which is normal for an area like this. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of us are usually out on the floor. It’s a lot of manual labor and technical work combined. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and get started. The trucks come in and out with supplies, and we just keep the workflow going as best as we can. It’s a straightforward way to run Furnace Fabrica India Limited. We just stay focused on the metalwork and the daily production schedule we have at the Tawane MIDC location.
