D.K.Bhadari Degree College

D.K.Bhadari Degree College is located right in the middle of things at Gandhi Chowk in Raichur. We are in the Vijayananda Building on Sindhanur Road. Being at a main junction like Gandhi Chowk means there is always noise from the street—horns honking, people shouting, and the general bustle of Raichur life. The college takes up a good part of the building, and it’s a place where students from the surrounding villages and the town itself come for their degrees. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs sometimes, and the hallways can get quite crowded between lectures. The 584101 area is a central hub, so we see a lot of foot traffic. Inside, the rooms are filled with old wooden benches that have seen many years of use. We have a small staff room where we sit and go over registers. It’s not a quiet, secluded campus; it’s right in the thick of the town. You can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic even during the quietest classes. We deal with the usual college problems, like trying to keep the schedule running on time or making sure the library books are returned. It’s a functional place for local students who need a nearby option for their higher education. We are just a group of people working together in this busy building to make sure classes happen. It is just a normal part of life here in Raichur.
