Ame Dental College

Ame Dental College is located over in Ashok Nagar in Raichur. If you are from around here, you probably know the area well. It is a busy spot in Karnataka. The college has been around for some time, and it is usually full of students in white coats running from one class to another. It gets quite hot in Raichur, so the mornings are usually the busiest time for everyone. Inside, there is the smell of dental materials and the sound of people talking in the hallways. We have different departments, but mostly it is just a place where people come to learn how to be dentists. It isn't a corporate setup. It feels more like a community. The staff knows most of the students by name. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure the clinics are ready. Ashok Nagar has changed a bit over the years, but the college stays pretty much the same. We have the usual stuff like a library and labs that have been used by many batches now. It is practical work, really. Not much time for fancy speeches or marketing. We just focus on the daily tasks. Sometimes the equipment needs a bit of maintenance, and the administrative side of things can be a bit slow with all the paperwork, but we manage to get things done eventually. I’ve seen many students come in nervous on their first day and leave as doctors.
