Zalante Ventures Llp

Zalante Ventures Llp is located at Terrace Plot No. 8, right opposite the Rosary Schools. The area is No. 206/3. It’s an interesting spot because being on a terrace plot gives us a bit of an open-air feel compared to a standard enclosed office. We’re right across from the school, so our day is timed by the school bells and the sounds of children playing during their breaks. It can be quite loud when school lets out, but it adds a lot of life to the place. The terrace area has been modified so we can work there without worrying about the weather too much, though the sound of rain on the roof can be pretty intense during the monsoon. It’s a bit of an unconventional setup, but we like the fresh air and the fact that we aren’t boxed into a high-rise building. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking for the school first, but once you see Rosary Schools, you’re basically there. We’ve been in this 206/3 area for a while and have gotten to know the local shopkeepers. It’s a very grounded, local way to work. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything, just our gate and the stairs up to the terrace. It’s just where we happen to be based.
