Our place is in Pimprigoan, Pune 17. It is a busy office where we do a lot of data work and phone calls. It’s not a fancy building, just a regular place where we show up and do our jobs every day. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or take a short rickshaw ride to get here. The traffic outside is always loud, but once you are inside and have your headset on, you don’t notice it as much. We have rows of desks and computers. It gets a bit crowded during the afternoon shift change. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually go out to the small tea stalls or bring dabbas from home. The boss is around but mostly stays in his office. We just try to get through our tasks without too many errors. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back. It is a simple life here. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work that needs to be done. The building has been here for a long time and it shows its age in some spots. We’ve got some plants by the entrance but they don't look very healthy lately. It’s just a normal spot in Pune where people work hard to make a living. We see the same faces every day and we’ve become a bit of a small community in this corner of the city.
