We spend most of our time working with different kinds of farm technology. It’s a lot of grease and metal. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the time, we are in the shop trying to fix a piece of equipment or testing something new. The 425201 area is a good place for us because there are so many farmers nearby who need practical help. We don't do any of those fancy advertisements or commercials. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. It’s a simple operation. We have a few tools, some space to work, and a lot of patience. Sometimes a project takes much longer than we thought, or a part doesn't arrive on time. That's just part of the job. We don’t overcomplicate things. We just look at what needs to be fixed and try our best to get it done. It’s a lot of long nights when the planting season is close. We’re just regular folks who enjoy working with our hands. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people around here.
