Kavya Agencies

We've been here in Narayangaon for quite some time now at Kavya Agencies. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our mornings just getting everything ready for the day. Folks around here know where to find us. We don't really do anything fancy. Mostly, it is just about making sure the stock is there when someone walks in looking for something specific. Some days it gets pretty hectic with deliveries coming in and out, and the paperwork can get a bit messy on the desk. My nephew helps out sometimes when he's not busy with his own things. We try to keep the place organized but with so many items, it's a bit of a challenge. People usually just drop by, have a quick chat, and get what they need. Narayangaon has changed a lot since we first opened our doors, but the way we run things hasn't changed much. We just open up early, check the lists, and see who comes through the door. It’s not a big operation. We also have a small storage area in the back that is always overflowing with boxes. Sometimes I can't even find the step ladder because there's so much stuff piled up. We have a small fan that rattles all day long, but it helps when the afternoon heat kicks in. My neighbor from the tea stall often drops by for a chat, which sometimes slows me down, but that's just how life is here. We don't have a computer to track things, we still use the old ledgers. It takes longer but it's what I'm used to.
