At Xl Crop Science Private Limited, we are located in Adinath Heights, which is part of the Uttara Nagari area in Brijwadi. Our space is in the A-1 building, unit P A 204. If you know Gut Number 32/2, that is exactly where we are. It’s a decent spot, though sometimes finding the right building in the complex can be a little tricky for new people. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit now, focusing on the various needs of people growing things in the region. There’s a lot of activity in this part of Brijwadi, and we try to keep up with everything. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a small group trying to do right by the local growers. Most of our time is spent looking at different seeds or treatments and making sure they work for the soil we have around here. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit tiring during the peak seasons. The office is usually filled with the smell of coffee and the sound of someone talking on the phone to a supplier. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just learn as we go and try to share what we find out with the neighbors. It feels good to be part of the community in Uttara Nagari, watching things grow and helping where we can from our small corner in Adinath Heights.
