Wns Global Service is located at Soham 5 in Rutuja Park. We are in the Karvenager area of Pune, which is a fairly quiet part of the city. Our office is more like a local house than a big tech building. We like the vibe here because there are trees and a bit of space between the houses. We’ve been in Soham 5 for some time now. It’s not a flashy place at all. We just have our desks set up in the rooms and we get to work. Pune weather is usually nice, but the afternoons can get warm. Karvenager is a good neighborhood with lots of small shops nearby where we get our snacks. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We don't have a corporate dress code either; people just wear what’s comfortable for the day. It’s a very relaxed environment, which helps when things get busy. We focus on the work and don’t worry about looking like a big company. It works for us.
