Volstrat Private Limited is located at Hno. 1041 in Nimbuttal, which is in the Baramati area of the Pune district. It’s a different pace of life out here compared to the big cities. We started this company because we wanted to do something meaningful in our own region. The office is basically a house, and that gives it a very comfortable, local feel. We don't have a corporate cafeteria; we just eat whatever we’ve brought from home or get something from the local shops in Nimbuttal. The area is mostly quiet, which helps us focus on our work without the distractions you get in a place like Pune city. We have a few computers and a decent internet connection, which is really all we need to get things moving. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. It’s a very grounded way of working. We know our neighbors and they know what we’re doing at house number 1041. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a solid one that does its job well from right here in Baramati. It’s honest work and we take pride in doing it from our own patch of land. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer because we belong to this community.
