We’re based in Aundhgaon, Pune, right near the Rajiv Gandhi Bridge. Our place is Flat No. 2 in Hrishikesh Apartments. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving around. Being near the bridge means we’re easy to find, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a struggle for our visitors. We do engineering work. It’s not the kind of office with a big lobby and a fancy receptionist. It’s a practical workspace where we get things done. We spend our time on designs, plans, and managing projects. Pune is a great city for engineering, and Aundh is a good neighborhood to be in. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the bridge area change quite a bit. There’s always some construction or something going on outside. Inside, we just focus on our work. We don't have a bunch of slogans. We just work on what needs to be finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. It’s just how it is in this industry. We’re a small team and we know each other well. We don't go for the polished corporate look. We just want to do our engineering tasks properly. Life here is mostly about deadlines and making sure the calculations are right before we send them off. It's a lot of staring at screens and checking drawings.
