We are located in Chinchwad at 25/26. It is a busy area and we have been here for some time now. Our work is mostly about packing up people's houses and moving their furniture to new places. It's a lot of heavy lifting and sweating. We have a small crew and a couple of trucks that have seen better days but still get the job done. Sometimes we run out of tape or the boxes get soggy in the rain, but we just keep going. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. It's just a place to store the quilts and ropes we use to wrap up the wardrobes. Most of our days start really early before the sun is too hot. We meet at 25/26 and load up the supplies. We know the streets around Chinchwad pretty well. Some of the apartment buildings have elevators that are too small, so we have to carry everything up the stairs. It’s exhausting work but it’s what we do. We don't use any fancy computer systems to track things. We just write it all down in a big ledger. People know us by name around here. We aren't a big corporation, just Vikas Logistics Packers & Movers. If you see our trucks parked outside, you know we're busy. We just try to get through the day without breaking anything.
